Copenhagen, Denmark – HeroBase A/S, a leading provider of sales and marketing cloud solutions, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Dialing Sweden AB, a cloud-based outbound/blended customer engagement platform for midsize and enterprise companies. Dialing’s platform is deployed by customers such as Vattenfall, Hi3G Sweden, Resurs Bank, Moderna Forsäkringar, and Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs) for large service providers.

With the Dialing acquisition, the combined multi-channel sales and marketing solution portfolio will include Hero Flows for lead management and marketing automation, Hero Outbound and Dialing for outbound/blended customer interactions and Hero Payments for easy, online and mobile payments.
