What you’ll need:
- Be a HeroBase Outbound, Flows and or Payments user
- Have a solid internet connection.
- Dial and connect to Hero Phone. You will need to make sure that your network is open for it.
- If your account is IP locked, contact our support to add IP addresses or remove the IP lock, which can be re-instated later.
- Start your regular calling.
Be aware that it is always up to you as a customer and data controller to define overall security to be in place for your employees working from home. We are here to answer any questions that you may have and helping the set-up of your employees.
